We were asked to create a set of creative, elegant and technologically-innovative content which stood out from the crowd. This would be used to guide potential tenants while remaining cohesive across multiple formats and technologies. We developed a cohesive experience of films and interactive all controlled by a custom iPhone app in the MET Studio-designed Taikoo Brand Experience Centre in Hong Kong.
The experience begins with an overview film to introduce the audience to Swire Properties. Visitors get a taste of what it might be like to live and work in Taikoo Place while viewing an 8k film shot in Taikoo itself and presented in a circular room of 54 HD screens. This is supplemented by a simple yet immersive scene that allows the audience to feel what it would be like to stand in the middle of empty floor at the top of one of the new buildings. Outside the glass we see a night-to-day time-lapse of the Hong Kong view. A "window to the future" AR experience allows the presenter to reveal the completed project and its hustle and bustle at any time of the day while an interactive 3D model of the development is navigable by an intuitive touchscreen to truly engage with the site itself.
