General Electric commissioned a series of 8 films to explore the impact of digital transformation across their operations, and to celebrate the successes of their engineering teams all over the globe.
We were challenged to create a concise narrative to showcase the depth and breadth of their digital and technological achievements. We worked with on-ground production teams across the globe at major industrial sites - a power plant, hospitals and an aircraft testing facility.
Throughout the project, opportunities arose that meant we had to shift locations, content and timelines. Myriad challenges had to be overcome, given the complexity of the topic and approval processes. The films were a huge success: they have currently been viewed over 1.5 million times on YouTube and resulted in tangible leads for the client. Squint/Opera were praised by the client for their "strategic thinking, heightened creativity, constant support, and true partnership".
