Summary

 

To oversee all production work undertaken by the motion graphics team as a lead of projects, organising shots and tasks related to motion graphics to meet creative deliverables. To inform and update the MG team including any freelancers on latest developments and progress at Squint and in the wider visualisation community. To begin to establish standards for the MG production process. 

 

Main responsibilities 

 

  • Working up motion graphics on projects to achieve the high quality results and true to creative vision.

NYC – ART DIRECTOR

Summary

We are looking for an experienced Art Director who is looking to develop into a Creative Director over the next 6 to 12 months. You will specialise in media design for experiences and have great imagination and leadership qualities. Storytelling and good design skills are essential components of creating beautiful and engaging work. Working alongside the Executive Creative Director, interfacing with clients and production teams means interpreting and translating briefs into creative visions that fulfill our internal creative ambitions, meet our clients objectives and inspire audiences. In particular we are looking for someone who can work on multi-exhibit work with an interactive focus and confidently own the creative production team and lead with the client. Additional experience in film and linear media direction would be required. 

 

Main Responsibilities

Concept Development

SUMMARY

This role will involve project managing a broad range of projects from content to interactive software. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with our clients including major international developers, architects, cultural institutions, visitor attractions and brands. The producer will be responsible for delivering large and small scale projects according to brief, timelines and budget managing both creative and technical teams in house and externally. It is essential that you have generalist animation experience and end to end producing experience. Due to the nature of our projects in the pipeline it is likely that you will have a background producing immersive or experiential content managing both creative and digital teams.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Head of Production

Your role will involve scoping, detailing and contracting qualified sales leads and you will be responsible for converting into confirmed projects with detailed scope and brief for the production team to execute. You will become the escalation point for the client during project production and be responsible for upselling and developing long-term relationships with our existing clients in order to grow revenue. You will also oversee and support the producer on the project and check in at key milestones. You are likely to have a production background and a thorough understanding of production process in a digitally driven creative business. To be successful, the right person needs to be driven, great with people, a competent writer, comfortable defining a strategic approach and developing winning proposals, a pro at coordinating and delivering pitch presentations, along with strong commercial acumen.

  • Willingness and ability to travel overseas

Qualification/ Experience

  • Demonstrable experience (6+ Years) within Project Management in a media content production or creative agency environment.
  • Has a strong track record of success in their own-right with sales and revenue targets. 
  • Use of CRM systems 
  • Google Docs/Gmail
  • Google Slides
  • Microsoft Office Suite
