Business Development Manager

Location: London

We are looking for a new Business Development Manager to manage business development activities for the company, driving sales and the aquisition of new business

  • Google Docs/Gmail

  • Illustrator / Indesign / AE / Photoshop (is a plus)

  • VR and AR experience

  • Proven track record of generating sales leads in our core sector, which means: real estate sales experience (an understanding of how a real estate developer thinks/works)

  • Identify potential permanent vacancy requirements in own team, and inform Directors with appropriate recommendations 

  • Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change

  • Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing and evaluating advertising, merchandising and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans

  • Use knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions, particularly in AR and VR

  • Reporting directly to the Managing Director

  • Working with the sales team, monthly reporting in sales team meeting

  • Working collaboratively with the Heads of Production on quotes, enquiries

  • Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products and client leads

  • Work with the HOP on ensuring production pipelines are streamlined and aligned with the Business Development Strategy

  • Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements and working alongside the CFO and MD in preparing an annual budget

  • Determine annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions

  • Project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new client base

  • Analyse trends and results alongside the Finance Manager

  • Establish quoting strategies

  • Monitor costs of competition

  • Work with Finance to demonstrate supply and demand

Senior 3D Artist

Location: London, UK

We are looking for an experienced 3D artist to join our London Architecture team.


  • Highly skilled in all aspects of 3D with strong artistic flair

  • Comfortable leading small teams productively, including guiding more junior artists

  • Strive for excellence in your work.

  • Have a passion for architecture and other areas of design with experience in high-end rendering techniques and post production workflow for stills and film

  • Have a good understanding of set extension and the process of incorporating 3D in live action.

  • Vital to have a good eye for image composition, light moods, style and a natural visual storytelling ability

  • Ability to work within a creative team where all opinions are valued and respected.

  • Understand and actively contribute to creating effective workflows, understanding the value of creating efficient clean models/scenes/shots that can be handed off to another 3d team member without frustration.

  • Ability to work on tight deadlines

  • Creative problem-solving ability and multitasking, especially within complex 3D scenes

  • Eager to learn new software and tools, and able to assess every new challenge with an open mind and creativity.


  • Modelling/texturing/lighting/rendering and animation of 3d architectural scenes.

  • Camera setup for architectural CGIs.

  • Reporting to Head of 3D

  • Acting as the lead 3d artist on stills and/or animation projects

    • Taking responsibility for all 3d elements of a project for its duration, ensuring quality or workflow and result.

    • Leading and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of 3d artists and maintaining quality throughout the project


  • Extensive, proven experience working with 3DS Max and VRay for both stills and animations

  • Experience working in architectural visualisation

  • Experienced in Photoshop

  • Additional 3d skills (particles, dynamics, etc) would be beneficial

  • Basic compositing skills (Nuke, After Effects, Fusion)

  • Real time experience and low poly assets workflow beneficial
