Senior Graphic Designer

Animation/Production Coordinator

Location: London

Doodle Productions is seeking an Animation Coordinator / Production Coordinator to join our production team for Messy Goes to Okido Series 2.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Producers with planning of the production, including day-to-day scheduling of artists and resources

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the departments assigned, monitoring progress of tasks in those departments and flagging potential issues

  • Work closely with Team Leads & Supervisors to ensure clear communication and flow of information across all departments

  • Create and follow departmental schedules and reporting systems, based on the master production schedule and tracking system, ftrack

  • Identify existing or potential problem areas that may affect the production schedule; coordinate with Producers and Department Heads to troubleshoot and find solutions

  • Maintain tracking documents and keep asset database up to date with all necessary information, feeding accurate reports to Producers when necessary

  • Arrange internal reviews for assigned departments

  • Take notes during reviews and meetings and assign / distribute tasks accordingly

 Specific Requirements:

  • 2+ years industry experience on animated productions working as a Production Coordinator or similar role

  • Experience in 3D animation production essential, experience in 2D animation production a distinct advantage

  • A thorough knowledge of animation process and pipelines and good knowledge of the creative side of animation producing

  • Excellent knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, including Excel and Google Docs

Layout Artist

Location: London

Doodle Productions is looking for experienced previz and layout artists to work on their second series of Messy Goes to Okido.

The function of the Layout artist will be to create shots and sequences working with the staging, camera position, camera movement and character blocking.

Specific Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sequence and shot composition 

  • Experience with previz animation and cameras

  • Demonstrable experience (3-5 years) within Digital Project Management in a Creative Agency environment

Senior 3D generalist (moving image 3D)

Location: London

We are looking for an enthusiastic 3D generalist to be part of our London team.


Works with the Creative Director, 3d Leads and Producers to make sure project production process is smooth and shots within budget. Manages the technical aspects of projects, will focus on one large or several small projects at one time so must be flexible and able to prioritise. Work with the Pipeline Developer and Head of 3D to implement change to process and workflow where required.

Pipeline Technical Director

Location: London

At Squint Opera the Pipeline TD is responsible for developing and maintaining the production pipeline, liaising between different departments and providing solutions to technical problems.

The right candidate will be able to increase the overall efficiency of the studio, and contribute to improving the quality of work being done.

This role will see you predominantly partner between various divisions inside of the business, including our Architectural Visualisation, VFX, Interactive and TV production pipelines. This is an en exacting opportunity for the right person to work in a progressive and forward thinking team on how to merge pipelines and provide tools to all our team in a seamless fashion. You will be responsible for really driving innovation across our teams and taking ownership on how best to do this.

  • Maintain current production pipeline maintain various systems, primarily supporting the 3D Max pipeline using maxscript
