  • Determine annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions

  • Project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new client base

  • Analyse trends and results alongside the Finance Manager

Studio Administrator

Location: London

We are looking for a new Studio Administrator to join the Squint/Opera team

  • Security – keys/oysters supervision, sometimes opening/locking up^

  • Greeting visitors, making tea & coffee

  • Call fielding and messages

  • Post & deliveries – incoming for the whole building & outgoing for Squint^

  • Stationary stock – price comparisons every 6 months or so^

  • Kitchen/cleaning supplies – Sainsbury’s orders*

  • Nespresso – ordering, recycling, machine maintenance^

  • Checking the Meeting Rooms and rearranging bookings when necessary

  • Keeping the studio tidy and organised^

  • Arranging work/maintenance around the studio when requested

  • Sourcing and ordering things for the studio when requested

  • Looking after the printer/scanner

  • Ordering and setting up drinks for Show & Tell each week

  • Managing cleaner – supplying her with cleaning products, pointing out one off jobs etc.

  • Keeping Phone List and other shared reception/HR/security documents up to date

  • Booking all company travel, (flights, trains, hotels, taxis) creating itineraries where applicable

  • Taxis & Couriers

  • Assisting anyone with scanning/printing

Digital Producer

We are looking for a Digital Producer to manage client and creative production team to ensure projects are delivered according to brief, timelines and budget.

  • Provide production schedules to team members and ensure teams are aware of deliverable dates - drafts and final 

  • Collate information and assets from the various parties involved and distribute these to relevant individuals on the team

  • Managing the workflow for each project to ensure all team members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines, in order to achieve the project deliverables 

  • Keep management informed of the project's progress and deliverables and highlighting any potential problems that may arise - eg. over-spends, shortfall of resource

  • Plan working schedules and resources in line with production milestones 

  • Organise and liase with hardware and exhibition contractors and external collaborators

  • Overseeing project team output and assess areas for improvement 

  • Establish strong client relations and act as the central point of contact for designated projects

  • Attend client meetings with relevant director/team member as required

  • Produce minutes from meetings and distribute to client/relevant team members

  • Ensure clients are aware of feedback dates and help guide them on the kind of feedback S/O requires

  • Liase with the client and project teams, to obtain necessary information on time and to answer any queries that may arise from either parties

  • Facilitate communication between production team, CD, MD and clients to ensure everyone is aware of project expectations 

  • Negotiate production variables with clients through a project's duration

  • Reporting directly to the Head of Production 

  • Working collaboratively with Creative and Technical Directors on projects 

  • Project Team Leads reporting to the Digital Producer on project deliverables 

  • Calculate individual project PCM's (Production Cost Multiples) based on suggested storyboards/scope of works

  • Inform HOP if PCM is expected to be above or below target so that scope of works may be amended or reduced

  • Once budget is set, monitor production costs by regularly updating PCM sheets with costs


  • Demonstrable experience (3-5 years) within Digital Project Management in a Creative Agency environment 

  • Degree Qualified in relevant field

Senior 3D generalist (moving image 3D)

Works with the Creative Director, 3d Leads and Producers to make sure project production process is smooth and shots within budget. Manages the technical aspects of projects, will focus on one large or several small projects at one time so must be flexible and able to prioritise. Work with the Pipeline Developer and Head of 3D to implement change to process and workflow where required.
